Lucknow is the second
largest city after Delhi in North region. It is a center for Shia Muslims, with
largest number of them residing here

brands can easily be found in malls, there is separate market Aminabad for the
local art works. Place is patronizing both.
Design: City is a great
center for Indian heritage. From Imambara , Rumi Darwaza or residency, all of
them have been a good tourist attraction. Lucknow’s zoo is huge and offers lots
of variety of flora and fauna to get awestruck . Since its also popularly known
as a metropolitan city, so one can find
malls like Sahara Ganj, Wave, fun republic etc. Lucknow is well designed , and
places like GomtiNagar ,Hazratganj can compete with any place in India in style.

At times, politicians
also take initiative to beautify the city. Ambedkar Park, which looks marvelous
in red stone was constructed by former CM of Uttar Pradesh Mayawati (in the
memory of herself :P). Although the idea got lot of criticism due to her statue
being built as well, but at last the place is looking nice and is a good hangout place.

everybody to Lukcnow. Place is known for patronizing varied art forms in clothing, cuisine, dance or other fine
arts. Chikan work is famous in all India and even abroad. Tunday kebabs can
keep you mesmerized with its taste. Decades old shops in aminabad can offer you
taste, you cannot find anywhere.

Lucknow is also known
for its world class institutes for arts like Bhatkhande, Sangeet Natak Academy
which are pioneer in their field and are keeping the tradition alive.
